No travel fee within our standard service area. Jobs outside that range may have a small fuel/time surcharge — we'll note it clearly in the quote.
The property package is quoted per site and typically covers a camera system for common areas, smart locks for entry points, tenant-isolated Wi-Fi (each unit on its own VLAN or network), remote management access for you as the owner, and turnover-ready documentation so the setup isn't lost when residents change.
